Cafe "Panna" is a family business. We are located in the windy city of Liepaja and for more than 20 years we have been taking care of Liepaja residents and guests of the city, offering a wide and varied menu.
We have been operating since 2001, but in 2022 we opened our doors with a new identity. This year we also created a beautiful summer terrace. Our performance was respected and, thanks to the evaluation of Liepaja residents, we received thanks for our contribution to the improvement of Liepaja's urban environment in the competition "Sakoptākais nams 2024".

Our pride and special offer are game meat dishes, which we prepare from high-quality game meat. All game meat is processed according to all technological and hygienic requirements provided by the company SIA "Medījums", and it is registered with the Food and Veterinary Service.
In our menu you will find a wide range of dishes: breakfast, soups, delicious pizzas, salads, second dishes (various types of chops, chicken fillets, burgers, etc.), fish and vegetarian dishes.
Each dish is prepared with love from quality ingredients and with a careful approach to the cooking process.
